The large prints that were installed prior to the opening of the new building were a big hit, and so they wanted more for some other spaces in the building. But there was a twist this time around, because they also wanted something that could absorb sound. I worked with Atlanta Art Solutions to come up with a way to not only have large prints in the building, but also absorb the echoes that were an issue in some of the rooms. These are 60×40 canvas prints that are filled with sound absorbing foam, and they turned out really well. These are now hanging in the Commissioner’s conference room as well as the main break room for all of the employees.
